Jenny is the best trainer I've ever had. I've been training for 21 years (track & field with former World champion in relay 400m in 1973, as well as gymnastics, aerobics, Pilates), but I never had my gluteus (buttocks) as firm as I have them after 4 months of weekly training sessions with Jenny. She is focused on my problem area and customizes the work out to benefit that particular area. Jenny radiates positive energy and enthusiasm. Jenny has completely changed the approach I take to working out. I am 47 years old, the Purchasing and Facilities Manager for a large non-profit, and am currently rehabilitating a shoulder injury. Jenny is very attuned to exercises that will strengthen the surrounding areas of my body while not stressing the injury. She also tailors my workout sessions based on an evaluation of my other workout activities (and sometimes stress level!) from the previous week. For the first time in my life I am learning how to properly work out to maximize results in targeted areas. In doing this, the workouts are much harder, but the results, both in terms of physical appearance and body alignment, are amazing!
