I like working out
with Jenny because she not only gives
me a hellava great (see difficult and
effective) but also does encouraging follow
up emails. I feel that she genuinely cares

I totally look forward
to my workout sessions with Jenny and

the next day or two I am sore in places
I never knew I had muscles ! She really
helps me to get a great overall body workout.

After my second daughter
