This class utilizes elements and exercises from a Pilates routine, but does not stop there. Using a variety of equipment from small hand weights, rubber band to BOSU, get the challenge your core deserves. Focus extends all small muscle groups providing the appropriate amount of balance, neuromuscular, and strength training you have longed for. Improved posture and stability will be top results from this type of training. For all fitness levels. |

designed in the Pilates method of strengthening
and lengthening the entire body. Designed to
develop the body’s core. Increases flexibility
and strength while focusing on breathing. |
| Pilates Reformer 1 |
This is an introduction to the Pilates Reformer machine and an in-depth look at the Group Reformer class exercises. You will learn how to use the reformer and vary the resistance. All exercises are presented and practiced slowly to ensure correct technique. The instructor may screen participants.
No Mat-Pilates experience needed. First class for free. |

This is a bit fast paced class than Reformer 1 on the Pilates Reformer (=machine). Class consists of a basic reformer repertoire that guarantees you a full body workout focusing on core strength, flowing movement and flexibility. First class for free. |
