Jenny Tate, with more than 10 years of professional experience in the fitness industry, is considered one of the leading program developers in the industry. Jenny creates her client's programs based on her expertise which combines traditional weight training and Pilates training methods.
Jenny's personal training programs are individually designed for each client, with the end result showing improvements in body shape, posture, flexibility, strength and endurance. Her expertise helps her client's attain both their short and long-term fitness and wellness goals.
Jenny's cardio & sculpt type of group exercise classes are safe and easy to follow, yet high energy. Her Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer classes are strong focus on technique. She explains that all the exercises incorporate a strong body center. They focus on strengthening the pelvic, abdominal, and back muscles, or feature precisely controlled leg and arm movements from a stabilized core. This in turn improves alignment and increases strength, balance, and flexibility.
Jenny states: "The most important thing is safety and effectiveness. When exercising, workout at your own individual level of ability. In reshaping your body, the focus is on flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, an improved state of mind, and, of course, fun.
